Returns and Exchanges
We wish our customers to have pleasant experience in purchasing our products. Scandes offer a 14-day return policy. If you need to return a product, please email to cs@thescandes.com and send the item to our office within 14 days of receiving your order from the courier company. In the email, please list the order number, your name and the item(s) name or item number you need to return to us.
The return or exchange item must be unused and remained intact in its original condition with all labels and packaging. We strongly recommend using courier to deliver the return item. Please note that the Sale items and few items marked as “no return” are not eligible for return.
Item for exchange is subject to availability. We accept to exchange once for each item.
Once the return item has been received and verified by our staff, we will arrange the refund within 7 working days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All charges related to exchange or returns are paid by customer unless Scandes make mistake in the order.
In general, we check the item carefully before shipping out to our customers. In the rare case that an item is found defect or damage, please email to our customer service cs@thescandes.com so we can address the issue promptly.
